I'm a 11-year yoga practitioner and certified yoga teacher. My home is on the Northern California coast, and I teach primarily in a tiny studio in the picturesque town of Bodega (www.yogabodega.com). I am interested in, and inspired by, all the ways that yoga is woven in the fabric of life. I am also a mother, a massage therapist, a trained doula, and a licensed nurse's aide and home health aide. I originally earned my degree in written communications from Mills College in Oakland, CA, and enjoy writing, so I use this blog to meld the passions of my life!
